Steps to Import/Export email in Zoho mail.

Steps to Import EML or Zip files:-

Step 1: First user has to login to Zoho mail.

Step 2: After the first step now user has to go the settings.

Step 3: Now navigate to Import/Export.

Step 4: Now user has to choose the account into which he want to import the emails.

Step 5: Tap to Choose file button to select a file to import in import section.

Step 6: User should be confirmed first that the file should be a EML file or a zip file which has EML file zipped.

Step 7: Two option are available in the Import options menu.

Step 8: After the user select his preferred Import option, Tap import.

Step 9: The process of importing will start and the emails will start appearing in the folder which was early chosen by the user.

Steps to Export emails : -

Step 1: First user has to login to Zoho mail.

Step 2: After the first step now user has to go to the settings.

Step 3: Now navigate to Import/Export.

Step 4: Now in the export section, User has to choose the folder from which user want to export the emails.

Step 5: Tap to Export

Step 6: The process of exporting will start for the emails in the folder already set by the user.

Step 7: User will going to receive a notification email with a link by the help of which he will be able to download the exported emails as a zip file.

Step 8: From which user is exporting the emails the email will be sent to the same account.

Step 9: User has to make sure that he is accessing the link from his webmail, and  logged into his zoho account.
