In G Suite or your Gmail accounts, the emails are categorized using labels. These labels are handling as folders and your emails are migrated to these folders. If there, more than one label can be specified per email. You can see that email available in more than one folder after migration.
For Example: If an email in Gmail associated with 2 labels Inbox and Important, and size of an email is 20 MB then after migration the email gets migrated into Inbox and Important folders and occupy 40 MB of space in Zoho Mail.
How do I add server details in Zoho Mail from G Suite?
1. First, sign in into Zoho mail account and go to “Mail Administration”.
2. Under Mail Administration select the “Migration”.
3. Click on “Add-Migration”, to enter server details.
4. Now enter a “Migration Name” like G Suite migration.
5. And, click on “Apps” for Migration Protocol.
6. Now click on “G Suite or Gmail” to fill automatically the server details.
7. Here, you can “select your contacts, calendar and other details” with your emails to migrate.
8. After submitting server details, tap on Install Zoho Mail App.
9. Now you get a popup on your screen, here you have to click into “sign in your G Suite account”.
10. Make sure that “API Access is enabled” in G Suite.
11. In Zoho Mail Control panel, click on install the “Zoho Mail app from G Suite Marketplace”.
12. After installing app, now enter your G Suite email address and click on “Verify app”.
13. After verification, again tap on “Add Migration”.
What is the process of adding user details for migration from G Suite?
There are three options to add user accounts for migration in Zoho mail:
· Manual user addition.
· Import Users from CSV file.
· Fetch Users.
What to do for Manual G Suite User Addition?
1. Chose Migration name for adding source & destination details.
2. Click on “Add Accounts” to add user details manually.
3. Enter G suite email address as a source username and the Zoho mail address as a destination email address.
4. In Choose Option select your requirement

· If you select “Mark Important as Tag”, from “label: important” all emails in Gmail will be automatically added under important tag or folder in Zoho Mail.
· If you select “Mark Starred as Tag” - from “label: starred” all emails in Gmail will be automatically added under starred tag or folder in Zoho Mail.
· If you select “Exclude Inbox Mails in case it has more than one label” - If an email has multiple labels, like important, starred, inbox etc, those emails will not be migrated.
In Folder Option, you have to select one “All Folders” or “Specific Folder”.
If your choice is All Folders option, all folders of email in Gmail will be migrated and if you want to remove any folders during migration enter the names (in double quotes) of folder in Exclude Folder List box.
If your choice is Folder specific option, selected folders of email in Gmail will be migrated, you have to enter the name (in double quotes) of folder in Include Folder List box.
Now select your Data range option, “all mails” and “specific date”.
Click on Add & close the screen.
How to Import G Suite user from CSV file?
You can also save and upload user account details on excel sheet, as a CSV file.
1. Got to “Account migration page”, Click on “Upload Accounts”.
2. At right section of the “Upload Accounts”, there is some sample of CSV file.
3. Download CSV sample, and look to the user details format in this file.
4. Now enter your user account details, according CSV sample file format, in excel sheet.
5. After that, save file as a CSV.
6. Now select your saved CSV file and Click on Ok to upload.
How to Fetch G Suite User Accounts From Their Server:
1. Go to “Account Migration Page”, select Fetch Users.
2. Select your domain name, like gmail.com, from list and again tap on Fetch User.
3. Select here, your G Suite or Gmail user account need to be migrated, and click on double arrow button like this: >>
4. After you've selected your G Suite or Gmail account, tap on Next.
5. Under Choose Option, select your requirements:

How to migrate data from G Suite/Gmail accounts in Zoho Mail?
1. Go to Zoho Mail Control Panel >> Migration.
2. The G Suite or Gmail account you added for migration will be shown in Migrations page.
3. Click on 'Start'.
4. G Suite or Gmail Migration in Zoho Mail will be started now and the status will be 'In Progress'.
5. In your Zoho Mail “accounts section”. You can see overall migration status.
6. Now you get the detailed reports of migration under “Total” tap on count to see folder wise migration.
